How Green is your building?
Did you know that from 6 April EPC's (energy performance certificates) will be
mandatory when constructing, selling or renting commercial property with a floor
area of more than 10,000 square metres?
And from 1 July 2008 they will be required on construction, sale or rent of
all properties with a floor area over 2,500 square metres.
This is to phase in European legislation relating to the energy performance of
buildings which started with the Home Information Pack on domestic properties.
