I wish this blog was bringing you the good news that the property market has already bounced back after the shock of Brexit and investors are confidently ploughing money into UK property funds, but amongst the deluge of gloomy headlines the Berwins’ Commercial Property team did find a positive story in the property press this week which made us smile and which I thought I’d share with you.
If you have an empty warehouse or barn and are looking for a diversification project or you have a bunch of energetic kids to keep entertained over the summer holidays, this might be of interest: Trampoline Parks. Trampolining is apparently the new leisure activity taking the nation by storm and across the country large warehouses are being turned into trampoline parks. Ahead of the game as always, Sophie Barton visited one last weekend and although she claims this was for a kids’ birthday party, we know that she was secretly perfecting her tuck jumps and seat drops! So, although there are sure to be some twists and somersaults in the property market over the weeks to come, you can always try to bounce off your Brexit blues!
