TUPE advice

We acted for a company with around 100 employees. Having successfully tendered and won a new contract, we advised the directors of this client on complex TUPE issues (service provision change), implications and redundancies surrounding the employees of the outgoing provider of this contract. Our advice required working to tight deadlines and minimising the client’s financial liabilities. As a result, we successfully prevented a number of potential employment tribunal claims being brought against the client.
