Helping someone with dementia
Dealing with a Dementia diagnosis will be a complex mix of emotions, coupled with the pull of needing to make practical decisions regarding care and forward planning.
There is no escaping the fact that these issues are difficult to face and even harder to discuss but, they won’t go away. Sadly Dementia does progress, in some cases very swiftly and so there are decisions to be made as early as possible.
Carers may be concerned about the impact of legal discussions on patients, but our team has a great deal of experience in working sensitively with people who have been diagnosed with Dementia. You can rest assured that our specialist team of solicitors will be understanding, patient and helpful.
